We held my wife’s significant birthday at The Cosy Club last weekend. Before that we visited the Balloon Shop to order some helium filled balloons. The shopkeeper was extremely helpful in helping us select the colour combination. As we had a lot to carry to the venue we asked if she could deliver the balloons to the Cosy Club which she willingly agreed to do for a very small fee. When we got to the Cosy Club at 5pm, we saw that the balloons had been delivered and we’re in place on the dining tables. We were so impressed with the service and the balloons that set off the table decorations. Thank you

I am writing this in response to the review posted by Lawrence...... It is strictly prohibited to release helium balloons, we have a strict code of conduct to adhere to and will not sell balloons knowingly that they may be released. I know and appreciate this is a sensitive time for all involved but unfortunately we are only sticking to the guidelines that we promise to follow. I am truly sorry for your loss and if the other shop The Balloon Display Company sold them you knowing they are being released then that’s up to them. I am only following the guidelines I am given as part of the Balloon Assocation to prevent littering and possible death to any animal that may pick up balloon debris.
