We have used the Baggage Company on three occasions. This was to take our suitcases to Southampton prior to embarking on a cruise. We have always found the Company to be very efficient. The guy picking up or delivering our luggage is always friendly and polite. When we had to change our cruise due to coronovirus they were helpful and understanding and gave us all the help we needed. It would be fair to say that without the Baggage Company we would not be able to cruise as we would not be able to manage our suitcases. We have booked them for a fourth cruise.
