I purchased some bottles of beer from this brewery on the 4 Feb 22 went to collect. I was early than 10.30 opening time by about 20mins when the lady open for me she was not at all pleasant considering I'm a paying customer although a bit early .She made me feel like I was an inconvenience and shouldn't be bothering them so I will not be using them again.There are plenty of alternatives who will be quite clad of my custom in the current climate

I ordered several cases of beer (a selection of all the different bottles on offer), as well as a mini keg, in the run up from Christmas - extremely easy to order through their website and as I live close by I chose to collect, and they were ready for collection within the hour. Collection was quick and easy from the friendly staff. I enjoyed every different beer over Christmas and although I'm not a big drinker I will certainly be using them again in future when I need more beer!

Yes, yes... it is a good selection of beers. Service was excellent with good descriptions, in lay terms: even talked about the CO2 input and the hops (no word of whitbread). Easy to access, good parking, covid aware. Next time I'll buy the T'shirt

Nice Beer, and a God send during lockdown. However I have had 2 after sales issues. !st one was sorted and apologised for. 2nd time no beer, sent a mail no answer, called from 14.00 hrs no answer. I left a message at 16.30 hrs, Next day I called again no answer, then sent another mail. I then received a rather rude message, stating I was unlikely to get any response on the phone at 16.30 due to the times we are living in . I called at least 5 times that afternoon, no answer , Morning and afternoon. May I suggest you edit your opening hours on Google. I won't use again. I love the Beer DON'T NEED THE HASSLE. As I mentioned in my mail to, you, perhaps you should look at your after sales service. A fantastic product is only half the battle. NOTE the beer did arrive although late. I have since had a semblance of an apology for the 2nd time from a Director, although my integrity I felt was questioned.
