I visited the store to view and purchase a new mattress as I was advised earlier in the week that they would have them in stock with samples too. Arrived and no stock had been delivered, these thing happen however, the way in which the store manager, Donna treated me was easily the worst customer service experience of my life. She began by being hostile and un-empathetic that I had travelled for no reason and when I mentioned that her customer service attitude could be better she took exception to this and became aggressive going as far as goading me for a fight! By far the worst customer experience of my life and I would avoid this shop at all costs. Also don't believe all of the reviews as they pay you £20 to write a positive review so not real in my eyes.
