The service here from every member of staff was amazing! Everyone here was so welcoming and made us feel at ease. I attended with my partner and my elderly grandparents. They ensured I knew everything there was to know about the travel system, myself and my partner were picking for our first child! My nan who is almost blind was cared for by the staff and sat her down in their lovely coffee shop, if my nan wanted to speak with us they guided her to us. This wasn’t just one particular member of staff, it was all of them. I am grateful for all the help they gave me in picking my first travel system and also them going above and beyond for my elderly grandparents especially my Nan. Thank you so much everyone! I am so excited to put the pram to use when our little girl is here 😊

I could not rate this place enough. We have bought two pushchairs from here. One as our main one and a travel buggy. When our travel buggy broke on holiday, the staff could not have been more helpful and they even gave us a brand new buggy. The customer service is outstanding and the shop itself is so lovely. We now come here for everything baby related and have recommended them to so many of our friends and family.

Hayley and Claire are amazing! I highly recommend this place if you need a pram or baby items. The staff are so patient and friendly and will answer all your questions. We felt really welcome and they really Helped us with our decisions without trying to sell anything to us. Claire was amazing at letting us check if items fitted in our car before purchase

Such a lovely experience! Personal, friendly and felt no pressure at all. Got to browse around and the staff answered any questions we had. We have chose the most beautiful pram bundle and was very happy to pick it up at the weekend. Staff made sure we were completely happy and helped us set up our car seat.
