Some good information but also a lot of conflicting information. The 1st workshop I did they said you shouldn't bath for 5 weeks then in another workshop they said when the cord drops off. In the hypnobirthing course the subject of how you should when pregnant and the Instructor said you should only sleep on your left side but the NHS advise both side is ok and firmed by my midwife. Doesn't feel you with much confidence especially as a 1st time mum.

Excellent free workshops. Informative and always willing to answer as many questions as possible. I’ve done them all and I have to say they are 10X better than a local antinatal classes that I paid over £150 for.
