False promises - Amazing course if you want to learn some new skills however they’re very deceptive In there enrolment. You do a course for 2 weeks made to believe you’ll have a granted interview however it’s a lie there’s no interview instead they just send you some links to apply for yourself. They also promise you £30 expenses at the end of the course it’s been a month and still haven’t received mine. My best bet is do course to help leverage your skill set, however don’t expect to land a job after it

After applying for a course, in my case Software development technician course, be ready for disinformation during the process of application. First I have been told to wait a couple days more, every time I called for the period of two weeks. After that the decision was that there were no courses in the discussed field and if will be, then I will receive a call. It was a waste of time.

Provide a good course but with the promise of a guaranteed interview...not interview is ever coming. Just a line a emails about applying for jobs and marketing. This is not a guaranteed interview. Merely a course and then some jobs from elsewhere being emailed to you for you to then apply for

I completed my level 1 contact centre selling by telephone course recently and I truly loved my experience. My tutor Raj is amazing. She is a powerhouse. I don’t know what I would’ve done without her. As well as Kavita, she worked relentlessly, marking work at all times of the day and night. These women deserve medals. Love to the both of them! X
