What a true gentleman, he was just amazing, from the very first day I pulled into his yard to inquire about some repair works needed, I got a real sense of warmth and honesty from him. Lou stopped what he was doing to take a look and explain what and how he would need to do to fix my car, and I booked it in straight away.
