    This was one of the best experiences I had with this company. I called about 2 weeks ago as I was interested in purchasing the new focal utopia headphones. I believe I spoke to Graeme over the phone. He noted down what I wanted and kindly arranged a demonstration for me. I really appreciate the time he took to set the system up and have several other headphones available for me to compare before my arrival. Graeme was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and his communication was on point. I also appreciate him for making the purchase experience quick and smooth. I have been to many dealers and bought many items in the past, yet this was the best and most memorable. I'm a happy customer and can't recommend them strongly enough. As for the headphones, it is musical, fast and dynamic. I'm in musical heaven :)
