If you are after GENUINE help and assistance on your Hi-Fi journey then you would do no better than speak with James. He is the type of dealer that you want to engage with. He will happily spend as much time as you want or need in discussing options and suggesting solutions without ever being pushy. He has come to my home a few times now to demonstrate equipment and also loaned me items to allow a considered purchase (or not). James has great connections too and will often be able to obtain and/or demo equiment not readily obvious on the website so I suggest asking him if you have an interest in something. Real old school values of customer care and great equipment!

If you remember hifi shops in the 80's then The Audio House is like that. An Alladins cave of great gear selected as it performs well, with enthusiastic owners that know their stuff and will give you great advice if you are new to the hobby. Support this shop as they deserve it. Had a great morning chatting with James while I listened to a pair of 2nd hand speakers at a great price (which I bought).
