Along with the APSCo surveys, the virtual International Forum has helped me ‘test’ a number of our working assumptions in regard to planning for the return to the office and how business looks after lockdown. It’s another good example of how APSCo has helped us think through what the new world may look like. I would not have been able to justify the time taking the train down to London and the cost of the ticket for a 1-2-hour meeting – but the virtual ‘In the Frame’ format works well and I came away having been challenged by listening to what other companies are doing and thinking about.
