I ordered goods from you for the first time last week, and you charge for 2/3 days delivery, and even though I'm allowing for possible delays for the Christmas period, it would be good practice to at least inform the customer of a delay, or if and when the goods have been sent. I'm giving the 1 star because of bad customer service. Will review once I receive the goods.

I get all my Asian cooking ingredients from here by online ordering, and have done so for years. Deliveries are quick, and free if you spend enough. I suggest you buy in conjunction with friends and family; kilo packs of herbs and spices work out loads cheaper than supermarket jars and sachets, and are easily divvied up between you all. Ditto rice, pulses and pasta in large packs.
