I’m writing this review the night before my wife’s 40th birthday party, that I thought had been organised a for a month by now! After paying £348 for the evening hire of the room & £180 kitchen hire charge I have just discovered that staff will not be opening up till 6pm on on the Saturday nite!! 1 hour before guests are to arrive! Even though it Clearly states on their Web site “The Ashcroft” will be open from 9am! I have out side caters needing to sort food & people with balloons to decorate tables!! This is Terrible organisation by the Ashcroft team! If you do NOT want the worry, I’d recommend The Royal Toby, or Norton Grange, both of which I have used with out any issue! 👎🏻☹️
