Ordered cinnamon swirls via Milk & More, these are the worst I have ever tasted. I heated up as per instruction on the packet….they were so stodgy and tough and pretty tasteless! Pastry was not a bit light and flaky. Better, tastier and cheaper products from the supermarket.

The experience in this bakery was super. The Sourdough bread was truly Sourdough and the Butter pastrty I took was simple delicious. Cozy place where You can have a rest because it has some tables. Really friendly staff.

Hot cross buns looked like bullets and tasted like bullets. Worst, driest, least tasty and least fruited hot cross bun I have ever had. Unimpressed to say the least.

Ordered some of their goods via Milk and More. The croissant are the same quality as long life supermarket ones, the cinnamon whirls were as tough as a well done rump steak. You can get better fresh baked goods for half the price from Lidl.

The goods are really poor quality. All the pastries are hard and stale (based on multiple deliveries) and not 'fresh' as advertised and the wholemeal bloomer is as dense as a house brick - the thing is so hard and disgusting, I chucked the last one away. It's not that difficult to provide freshly baked and soft items to customers and at nearly £3.50 a loaf, I wholly expect freshly baked bread, not something I need to "freshen up".

I've had a really good experience coming into contact with The Artisan Bakery. As a tour organiser I approached their reception a few weeks ago to find out if our group could stop by on the walk of the Park Royal area in Ealing. They were surprised, as people are, when I approach them because Talking and Exploring walks are like no other walks. However, I was encouraged to email them which I did. Yesterday, I went there again and our whistle- stop with tasting was confirmed. Today we were met on the doorstep, treated to tasty pastries, muffins and croissants and all, and heard the The Artisan Bakery's story. There were 23 of us altogether so my 5- star review should count as 23!

Horrible Bread their Wholemeal Bloomer is blooming awful. My grandmother thought me to bake my own bread my father bakes my uncle has a bakery where I use to work in the holidays. I am more than qualified to judge bread and if you like stodgy doey bread with the consistency and edibility of a brick then this is the stuff for you. Buy enough of them you can build a house with them. The waste all that energy growing the wheat etc milling transporting it across the world mixing it baking shipping it to stores and customers only to have it end up as green house gas causing food waste because its inedible is a disgrace .They should be deeply and thoroughly ashamed of themselves whoever baked this garbage. Clearly they have never heard of light fluffy crusty delicious bread instead they make doe bricks. Never buy this rubbish again I only did it coz i ran out of flour during the storms.

Very very stale and hard , not once but each and every single time ! It’s awful and inedible and never any sell by dates at all . Why do they sell these pastries if they go off after one day and then they have no sell by date written on which surely is not legally right , when it’s being sold to large companies . Please stop making these awful things as they come here to Norfolk stale as an old shoe and tough as an old shoe , . We need nice treats when they are so expensive !!!! What a rip off so please send me some nice cakes and edible .! With a sell by date not hard not stale not old uk. Please send me something nice you bake as i ve spent so much money now on horrible stuff so no more now please change the product ! Custard tarts maybe !

Just had a plant based pain au raisin from Wholefoods Fulham Broadway and was really impressed. Closest thing I've had in 12 years of being vegan. Keep up the good work!
