TERRIBLE SERVICE - steer well clear. I returned a product and was told that it was impossible I brought it from them as they didnr stock the batch code no that was on it and therefore they wouldnt refund me! Then a week later emailed me to say actually it may have been one of theirs but they now say they wont refund it because there is a mark on it (not true) and have returned to me and wont refund. Very dodgy. Have found lots of other complaints online about this company - steer clear.
