I can see a number of bad reviews but my experience since we moved here 30/03/20 has been fantastic. I have only seen Dr Glass but he has solved 2 long standing problems. I have injections every 3 month and find the staff involved are very nice.

I’ve been registered here for over 10 years, I honestly can make no negative comments for the Arnewood as I have always received a very good service from all the doctors and receptionists. The econsultation is an excellent facility and enables you to contact the practice out of hours and have someone contact you at a later date, which they always do whether by text, email or phone call. I called yesterday for advice and this was given freely and in a friendly, patient manner despite the fact it must have been busy. I am very grateful for all the lovely medical care I have received and continue to receive at this practice.
