Our cat floss has come home so content and the owners are so friendly, we will most definitely use your service again. From the time of booking, the pre visit and drop off everything was very professional and welcoming. Lovely well kept areas for the cats with space indoors and out. We had a horrific experience previously with a cattery so was weary to use one again. Thank you for looking after a well loved family cat. We don’t fee guilty for a holiday now as I feel like his had one too in your 5* cattery.

We have tried different cattery’s but Ark is the best by far. Steve was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was happy to show us around prior to booking. It was very clean and the cat spaces with big with an outdoor area. But what really sold me is how he described each cat that was staying there at the time. He seem to know all their personalities and what they needed. I knew our cat would be well cared for and he was indeed.

After trying several other catteries none of which we were happy with or suited our cat, we found The Ark. Our cat loves it there in a quiet secluded location with purpose-built pens giving inside and outdoor space for her. She is well looked after, stress free and always happy to be there. In the last year our cat has developed medical problems which require medication twice daily. Steve and Melinda have taken this on board and Abby always comes home looking fit and well. We've been using The Ark for the last four years and will certainly continue to do so.

A lovely "hotel" for my cat. He seems very happy there. The owners are welcoming and happy to bend with his sometimes fussy diet. Nice small cattery in pretty surroundings. Be sure to book well in advance.

Holiday home for your cat. Our boy has never come back so chilled from a Cattery. Usually displeasure is shown but relaxed and happy cat. Great runs and without side space. Fussy foodie not a problem either. Our first choice without a doubt for the next holiday and a happy cat.
