    I've been an Arena gym member since around 2010. It's very good value for money for around £18.75 discounted rate. The gym equipment is varied, with everything you need for a decent workout. My only gripe is the cleanliness of the men's changing room where the showers are situated. Over the years it's gradually got worse and worse, to the point where people will leave old bottles, tissues etc and they will be there for weeks, almost as if nobody checks for rubbish. The toilets are getting very grubby and definitely could do with a clean. The water pipes also need checking - when you shower, it makes a very loud groaning noise. Other than the cleanliness of the shower rooms, it's a really good gym and the staff are friendly. I would give 5 stars otherwise.

    Decent gym, friendly staff. And it’s a miracle how many people park in the very few disabled spaces and are able to miraculously walk from their cars to and from the gym.
