Unfortunately I join the list of people that fell for the ‘available’ trick. It’s available but at JvD I’m guessing, in Holland not in the shop. I ordered a Fairweather tab just before a bank holiday so gave a bit of grace period even though another company I ordered from took an order after this one and delivered it in under a week. 2 weeks no tab, order update etc so contacted them to be told it hadn’t been delivered to them but it would be by the end of the week beginning of the following so I should have it by the next week. The guy was polite and offered apologies. Following week comes still nothing so I phoned and it still hadn’t come in so I cancelled the order and asked for a refund which didn’t materialise until I phoned again just after the 14 day period and spoke to a lady who apologised and said it hadn’t been sent over to her to process and she would sort it out which by the time it processed through PayPal to my bank was almost 3 weeks to the day since asking for it. Really poor service and misleading with items showing as ‘available’ as it doesn’t say anywhere that I could see it wasn’t in stock, most company’s I’ve used use a back order delivery time scale when they don’t physically have the item. Needless to say I won’t order from them again or recommend them to anyone

Simply the worst retailer I have ever interacted with. You DO NOT receive your order. Ordered a bow, which was listed as "In Stock". Their website states that dispatch is between 2-5 days. I waited three weeks, no dispatch. Sent various emails, asking what is the delay. I received an email saying we hope to get it dispatched "Early to mid next week". Well, that week past with no updates. Emailed again, they said there we "Unforeseen delays " after i asked what was taking so long. I was then told it would be dispatched "Later next week". I also found it odd that the emails were coming from just some woman's Gmail account. No @support or even a domain for their company. Very Bizarre That week came and went, nothing. Finally had to phone and cancel my order. The most unprofessional, inefficient company i have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Avoid at all costs.

Sadly still waiting for any advice that an Item I ordered 16 days ago has yet been despatched. Foolishly, I assumed that "available" meant that they had the item in stock. After calling to see where my order was I was informed that "Available" means that the item is available for them to order from their overseas supplier. I have now missed 2 weekends shooting waiting for the item I need and, as yet, no sign of it arriving even this week. Basically, I may as well have placed an order with the company which supplies this shop and got it direct. Instead, I appear to be providing an interest free loan to this shop until they can get their order fulfilled from their own supplier. Pretty unhappy with the service and won't be caught out next time.

Refund issued by an echeck to make things even longer for an item i requested a refund on because 3 days later there was no sign of it being sent. I appreciate it. Paypal told me themselves there's faster ways of sending them money like topping up your balance.

Be warned before ordering, this shop only holds about 20% physical stock ....ALL items have to be ordered, the term "in stock" on the website shop means the items are available for the shop to order from the massive sport/archery supplier located in the Netherlands.
