The day before we were due to arrive (after booking over 6 months in advance) we were told the apartment had been overbooked and my booking would be cancelled. We had tickets to the Chelsea Flower Show and train tickets, with only a few hours to find alternative accommodation. We chose the apartments due to the proximity to the event and the alternative accommodation we were able to source is 45 minutes away and more expensive considering the last minute nature of our booking. My advice is to not trust this accommodation and DO NOT BOOK!

The apartment was on the top floor of a multi storey building. The access was by way of a very narrow and steep staircase. It was 70 steps from top to groundfloor. One member went home as he couldn’t climb that far, the rest of us only stayed one night. It should be incumbent on the company to at least point out that you will have to climb up and down a 70 step staircase. When I complained they couldn’t care less.

Appt 6 Dish washer out of order Only one room, is ok But Sofa bed is awful, not possible to sleeping, especially for 2 teenager. This flat is OK only for two personn and if you eat outside otherwise you should wash dishes manualy

Booking was easy and all required information was given instruction were easy to understand and had a very nice cleaning lady. Room: 4 people apartment. This had a sofa bed and double bed. The bed was comfortable however, the sofa bed was speaking, small (for 2 adults) and hard. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and utensils. Iron and ironing board provided. It was clean however some doors and cupboard hinges were broken. Services: extra services are pricey. Location: near Victoria Station and attractions. Underground close by. Quite area.
