With the purchase of a pretty piece, you also support local trade and people who deserve it. 👍 (Original) Der Antikhandel liegt ein wenig abseits in der schönen Landschaft Surreys, ist aber einen Trip (mit dem Auto) auf alle Fälle wert. Es lassen sich dort oft kleine und grosse Schätze zu angemessenen Preisen finden; seien es Silberwaren, Schmuck, Kleinmöbel etc. Zudem haben die netten und hilfsbereiten Besitzer in den letzten 2 (schwierigen Pandemie-)Jahren mit viel Aufwand die gut 600 Jahre alte Scheune renoviert, die die Antiquitäten beherbergt. Mit dem Kauf eines hübschen Stückes unterstützt man folglich auch den lokalen Handel bzw. Menschen, die es verdienen. 👍

Unfortunately this grade 1 building is being restored so space is at a premium with everything being crammed into a small space, when restoration is complete there will be much more space to wander and enjoy the antiques and memorabilia. Expensive but still a great place ti wander around.
