It was the first time for us with our young cat and her kitten to The Animal Clinic on Shooters Hill. Everything was excellent: professional and caring and welcoming. The vet was marvellous and gave good, easy to understand advice. I was recommended this vet practice and would in turn highly recommend them. Yes, we had to wait 15 minutes after my appointment time but that wasn't a problem as it was obvious that some pets need extra time.

Previous review removed because it did not hold up to my experience long term. One star would ideally have given no star but not an option available unfortunately.

The practice is great, I have seen them saving the life of a dog and they took good care of my cat on an emergency. Fast forward 1 year, and they are still the best practice in the area.

Lovely vets, been using them for 1 year and a half now and I can definitely say I'm happy with everyone there from the receptionist to the vets themselves.
