Shocking service! Had the Xmas period and was told by therapist Kay that we could reschedule the appointment and that I would get a call after the holidays. Phoned through a couple of weeks later and some rude woman on the phone laughed at me and said I have to pay £50! Despite the fact that it was a referral from my GP. In defence, Relate said that they sent me an email which I didn't receive about my appointment. I find it very unlawful that to 'get better' with mental health, I have to pay them money that I don't have and even my GP agrees and tells me not to pay those tossers!!!
