Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory Firstly, the staff member (Sam) in question was inattentive and unresponsive to our needs. Despite several attempts to get their attention, they did not acknowledge us or offer any assistance. This left us feeling ignored and frustrated, and took away from the overall enjoyment of our meal. Furthermore, the staff member was rude and dismissive. They made no effort to address our concerns and seemed more interested in rushing us through our meal than providing quality customer service. Overall, the poor customer service we received from this staff member left us feeling extremely disappointed with our experience at your restaurant. We had hoped for a pleasant evening out, but unfortunately, this staff member’s behaviour detracted from that.
