I'd previously only had experience of 1-2-1 PT before and was nervous of Small Group PT, but within the first session I was made to feel welcome by those in the group. The training is challenging but varied and the support of Seb and the others taking part really helps motivate. Seb isn't just about the physical improvements, but the psychological, the well being and is keen to assist with other facets of day to day life which may be affecting what we do, what we eat, how we train , how we sleep etc. A great coach but an even better bloke!

Since joining the tough cookie team I’ve not only found more motivation in and outside of the gym, I feel better and look a lot closer to my ideal body type than I ever thought possible in such a short space of time. Seb really creates a well rounded approach that’s engaging, not just standing over you while you hit rep after rep but encouraging you through an hour of varied activity. Unlike others, he really does care and you feel like part of a larger family with team members doing their extra work outs together. Made so many friends and will never look back.

I did online PT with Seb for around 11 months, and the support I have been give has been fantastic. Not only have I learnt new exercises and movements in the gym, but the training was so fun! Seb also supported me with nutrition and working out what methods work best for me, and also working out potential barriers to success and how I can overcome them. Seb is patient, understanding and encouraging in his approach, I can’t recommend doing PT with him enough!
