Now if you like food, you'll like the anchor, Greek twist on an English pub, the meat is second to none, whatever the choice (apart from the burger which sadly isn't home made) - Food is ace Pub and Garden are to a high standard Staff are warm and welcoming.

Lovely staff and equally lovely food too. Very welcoming and I just keep going back. It also manages to keep the feel of a pub in the front bar,, our preferred spot to hang out and have a bite. That's a rare and prized thing now many have gone down the food only route. A wider variety of ales would be welcome but a minor point and I highly recommend a visit.

The food was really lovely and tasty but I found the portions small and they were not good value for money. Especially the dessert we got the galaktomboureko but it was tiny and it cost £7.25! That is daylight robbery. Decor is really good and staff are very attentive. Regardless of the low score I do recommend the pub and I plan to visit again at some point soon.
