I bought 2 bacpacks for my family, after both being very lightly used the zips broke on both within a few months of each other. The customer service team were terrible and simply stopped responding at all. They said that if something breaks it will only be dealt with within the first 3 months and after this it is wear and tear. I tried explaining that backpacks should last years not months however they stopped responding and have refused to help with the situation any more. I'm deeply shocked and I recommend that people do not buy backpacks from them as they are proving to be faulty and the customer service is terrible.
