  My son Adam goes to this nursery. It’s been more than 3 months and I’m so delighted with the staff, they are amazing and very informative with adams day to day. I am happy to leave him at the nursery knowing he will be well taken care off. They send weekly photos of Adam with what he plays with. They let me know what he has eaten. The nursery has helped with Adams speech and behaviour so much. I couldn’t gratitude enough how happy I am with this nursery. They cater to your needs if you have any concerns and very supportive with the child’s needs. I was having anxiety with taking Adam to nursery, I honestly made the best choice taking him to Alphabet house. Me, my partner and family have noticed a big change in Adams speech and he’s behaviour at home the nursery has helped so much with that. I would like to thank all the stuff individually as it takes a lot of patience and hard work to work with kids, they’ve all done an amazing job. I can’t wait to start my youngest daughter for the nursery when she’s 2!

  I give this rating based on the support my grandson has received so far. Staff have been approachable, friendly and are engaged with children giving feedback daily and capture their special moments on the nursery application.

  I couldn't recommend this place enough:) I'm leaving my opinion after a few years, because my son used to go here, and now is my daughter. At each stage we only met understanding from the staff, an individual approach to the child but also to the parent. I am calm that my child is taken care of, and this can be seen by her behaviour and smile with which she greets all the ladies. And although I have great sympathy for all employees, my special word of appreciation goes to Jusna from baby room, who is very passionate about her job and always finds time for each parent to give a detailed report of their child's day. 11/10😜

  My daughter Imani has been going to The Alphabet House Nursery School since she was 2. She has always loved the space and the staff members and we have always felt welcomed, supported and heard. She will soon be going to reception and I’m sure she will miss all the staff, specially her favourite teachers: Dilshad, Odette and Salma! Great nursery!

  Our son Kevin start at the nursery around 4 months ago. We are really happy for the environment and the activities. The teachers in the daisy room are amazing doing a great job with care and passion. We love the attitude and the daily communication updates on the app . I’m glad we choose the alphabet house. I would recommend this nursery to every toddler around Stratford.

  I’ve changed nurseries a couple of times for both my little ones just to find the best place. It may seem like a small nursery from the outside but the love and care for its children couldn’t be greater. We’ve been with the Stratford branch since September and I’ve found my heart set at Alphabet House. The staff are always dedicated and have always given 100% to my daughter. They’ve always reassured my daughter from the beginning and settled her in very quickly. I must give a hugeee shout out to Sunflower Room especially Odette, Salma and Dilshad, as my daughter always speaks about you all and that she comes home happy, exhausted from the activities and excited to tell me all the things she has done - which is great! Odette, you did an amazing job with the potty training in her first week with you and it definitely made it easier to continue this at home more consistently. You have also supported her passion for reading and creative arts. To add further, I have always left her with a peace of mind knowing that my daughter will be safe in your hands during the long hours that she is with you. Even minor incidents have been dealt with in a professional manner. I couldn’t have put her in a better place. Thank you for all your hard work!

  I would like to thank all the staff at alphabet nursery house in Stratford. This is one of the best nursery’s in newham. The staff are amazing and you can tell they genuinely care for children from their heart, my son has been attending for near enough a year now and he loves it! They are very attentive to the care and development of the children meeting each child’s individual needs and having regular meetings and updates with parents in regards to the children’s progress in the nursery. 10 stars!

  If I could give 10 stars I would! I’m bud nursery is amazing. My eldest attended and now my youngest and I have to say irs one of the best nurseries I have come across. The staff are phenomenal. Whether it’s helping with potty training, behaviour or anything else they’re extremely helpful and informative without the judgment and pressure. I’d recommend this nursery to everyone and anyone.

  I would like to share my wonderful experience at Alphabet House Nursery in Stratford and express my heartfelt gratitude to the entire staff for their exceptional care of my son. I am particularly impressed with the baby room's thoughtful set up, which is spacious enough for the children to play, run around, and feel comfortable. The team are very patient and responsive, updating the app promptly, and providing detailed monthly development reports that have helped me plan and see my son's abilities' strengths and weaknesses. The professionalism, dedication, and warmth of the team are truly outstanding. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to all the staff members, especially the baby room leader Jusna, key person Marjana, and Maggie for their hard work and commitment. I also want to acknowledge the Area Manager Razna, who coordinated events such as library visits, farm visits, and the Mother's Day event, which improved the social and communication skills of the children. Choosing Alphabet House Nursery was the best decision we made for our son's care. We feel fortunate to have found such a wonderful place that provides high-quality care for our child. I appreciate the effort and time that the staff put in to ensure that my son is happy and safe. Once again, thank you for your dedication and for providing such a great experience for my son. We are truly grateful for all that you do.

  If I could give a minus rating I would! I do Not recommend this is horrible disgraceful nursery, AVOID this at every mean. The staff I don't know anything, they neglect children and the operations manager is unprofessional and I have reported this nursery to ofsted. I would not send my child let alone or an animal to this unprofessional nursery! This nursery endangers your child leaving them at high risk and being neglected with their duty of care!! Do your research first!! And avoid like a plaque. You would sit there and pride yourself as being good, with the number of children you have. This means nothing when you can’t accept the appalling behaviour I’ve commented about in this review! You know who I am and why I removed my child from your nursery. Off course you would not document it so Offsted can’t see it! Absolutely disgusting
