Would not recommend, took my grandmother for her birthday with the family, staff are not friendly, my mother and grandmother had afternoon tea and didn’t get the tea till after we had all finished food, I myself had food from the a la carte menu had to ask 3 times for salt, no atmosphere, had made them aware was my grandmother birthday no attempt to make her feel special and food for £39 a person is not good, had a lot better afternoon teas. When the bill came service charge for £24!!! I would say we have no service at all, no one came to check how we was and it wasn’t busy so that can’t be an excuse, we paid it anyway. Will not be returning or recommending. Wheelchair accessibility: My grandmother is disabled we didn’t bring her wheelchair thank god as I don’t think we would have got it round!!!

We had an amazing experience: I booked an Afternoon Tea in the drawing room, the place was absolutely beautiful, food and tea great, and on top of this the service was excellent (thank you Alexandra)! We requested a couple of Pimm’s which were outside the menu and our waitress managed to get them for us. Highly recommended!
