I had a booking there for 4 people. Just to begin with the host she was so rude and cranky that she first of all didnt like the fact why we are early 15 minutes. After the table the waiter missed our order and the food and the coktails came after 45 minutes and when I asked why is it soo late I got a reply a reply atleast now you have got it. Waiteress went to speak to manager when I complained about the food and cocktail and came up the reason that nor does she make the food or the cocktails and its not in her hands to deliver it to us on time. Worse exprience ever although I was a big fan of alchemist from there branch in west end howevrr will recommend everyone to never ever visit this branch as they don’t want to look after there customers.
