Very Poor Service, Bought the recommended system which keeping beeping, was told i ned to upgrade at my cost so closed my account have now asked them to disarm the system (again at my cost) which they say they cannot do for three months WHICH i find unbelievable

A pleasurable experience from start to finish, I couldn't of wished for a better company. After a few false starts, Jan courteously and brilliantly explained what system we actually needed; I could help but laugh that we didn't actually need all the bells and whistles. That's important to note, as we did have other larger household names in the mix, but what they were offering didn't suit our circumstances. The office staff (both office and finance ladies)were fabulous, communications flew back and forth with my wife and they ev2n managed to move our appointment left; great. Matt and Perry our fitters arrived, courteous, polite, knowledgeable...brilliant. They installed the system and patiently went though everything when they had finished; I commend Matt for his absolute dedication; kudos. I will happily stay with this local firm, their friendly and almost family like demeanour makes the experience worthwhile.

We had our alarm installed in 2016, and from the start, this company were extremely professional. We did have an issue (of our own doing) when we came back from holiday earlier this year and after making a phone call, we were quickly phoned back and talked through how to deal with the problem. We have this week returned from holiday to a ‘trouble’ message, which indicated a low battery on the siren. I called The Alarming Company, and they sent an engineer within a couple of hours. He had to return to the office get a part, and came back the same day and completed the job. The engineer was friendly and very professional. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone thinking of using them.
