Worst hotel experience ever. We didn’t get room service for the five days we were there, out dated room not like what u see on there photos they advertised and we WEREN’T allow to bring a friend to hang out with us in our room for a couple hours, which they make him wait by himself at the front desk area until we could go shower and get dressed to go out. I would never recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

(Translated by Google) The first two I'm posting. Room clean, but with a bizarre layout - open bathroom to the room and a window view (from the window also, because it's the ground floor XD) Breakfasts are greasy, made of vegetables, baked beans and fried tomatoes. 💀 Be prepared for a deposit - £50 for two nights for two people. Money refunded promptly, of which £2 tax was deducted.

Comfortable beds and friendly staff but rooms are noisy: traffic, the loud ventilation system that can’t be turned off and thin walls, mean it isn’t somewhere I’ll be staying again.

Arrived at this hotel for 2 night stay, stayed in room 107 was amazed but the sizing of the room. Very spacious and very clean. The bathroom was a little small and was very hard to get in as it was raised a little. On the first night we did find it very hot and had to have the windows open, but it wasn’t very loud when we did have it open. Staff were lovely. Room was very quiet. Wound definitely stay here again as it’s very convenient if you want to go clubbing and city centre is a 10 min bus journey.

Shoddy, overpriced amateurish excuse for a hotel. Save your money, go to Premier Inn or Travelodge or, hell, Fawlty bloody Towers is better than this place. Rooms : 1/5 | Service : 1/5 | Location : 2/5 … More

Extremely noisy both in terms of street noise and paper thin walls where you think someone has entered your room as you can word for word hear them recounting to their partner what they had for dinner! Was too cold downstairs and too hot to sleep in bedroom . Info misleading too as when you click on the hotel guide info they email you during your stay it says ‘room service is available from 11 am ‘ yet when you ring the number provided they scoff that no such service exists. Breakfast quite good - about a 25 min walk to station . Walls marked, scratched up sofas covered with throws, some mold around shower and brown stains under toilet rim. Would not pay more than 40 quid for this 2 star (feels like) hotel and if you want good sleep and peace stay somewhere else .
