Where to even begin?! Our journey with The Agora started in 2017 when all we had was a tiny dream. Step forward six years and thanks to The Agora, we have two beautiful children. We have been successful using IUI as well as IVF as conception methods. The Agora were open and honest with us each step of the way and every single member of the team we interacted with was always extremely friendly, helpful and professional. We chose to travel to The Agora which is over 50 miles away from where we live because the services they provide are well worth the time and effort- there truly is no better fertility clinic to choose.

We chose The Agora clinic for our fertility treatment and now have our beautiful baby girl. The team were extremely professional, sensitive and helpful. Doctor Khelda explained the process and offered support throughout.l when the initial IVF rounds failed. The nurses and lab team were great. I will always remember Robert’s friendly face on reception when I arrived for appointments. Thank you team Agora.

Just finished a round of IVF at the agora, and I honestly couldn't fault, the whole process was incredibly smooth and efficient, the clinic is absolutely immaculate aswell. after doing our research on what clinic to pick, I can honestly say I don't think we could have picked better! We live about an hour's drive from the clinic but for minor tests and scans we have the option to go to a clinic in Worthing which was really handy. For our final procedure we had Caroline and her 2 brilliant colleagues which was a lovely way to hopefully end this journey! Big thanks to everyone involved! Ps get a coffee machine!

Have only used the test facilities. The staff were super friendly, even after I was over an hour late on Saturday (they waited for me and allowed me to take the test even though it must have eaten into their weekend). The testing process was quick and easy and I received the results after a couple of weeks - and a fraction of the cost of other clinics elsewhere. It's a really nice place.

I am very pleased with the service and care I received as a single lady. After 3 early losses from my IUI package I moved on to IVF which resulted in my rainbow baby girl who arrived in January. I was supported and all queries answered. Everything was explained in detail so I knew how the process would work. Resonable prices. Thank you for giving me the chance to become a mum to my second baby.

This is going to be a long one but I feel that it is important to share so bear with me. I'll start by saying we were treated mostly well by the nurses and admin staff at The Agora. We were with the clinic from September 2022 to January 2023. The nurses doing our testing were lovely, one was obviously less experienced and my husband did have discomfort in his arm after his blood draw for a few weeks but otherwise not a bad experience. The initial consultation following this was awful, I've now been to a few consultations and been told a few times I have Premature Ovarian Insufficiency but I will never forget the insensitive way I was told this the first time by Dr Cerra at the Agora. I had been having symptoms for a long time but had been told by doctors it was just coming off hormonal contraception and not to worry so I tried not to. When telling me it was early menopause Dr Cerra said 'Well what did you think it was' these words still haunt me. Never have I been treated so callously. My husband had some additional testing which was fine, one thing I'll say is that we were prescribed antibiotics and it was only when I queried this with the nurse I was told oh were you not told to take this other medication as well? No we were not. We did go ahead with IVF at the clinic despite our misgivings, we felt it was the best option given the travel that would be involved to go elsewhere. The start of the cycle was a bit chaotic as I wasn't scanned until day 7 of my cycle and then told to start the medications on that day, 4 days later I came back for a scan and it was discovered they had forgotten to tell me to take a medication. The app to track this was great but I think it relies heavily on them remembering to input the correct things. So I was given a different medication and told it would be okay. The cycle ended when I ovulated early which I do blame on mismanagement by the clinic. Since leaving the Agora we have been at a different clinic and the experience has been so different. I feel so looked after, here are some key differences I think make the experience so much better: - I saw many nurses at the agora and had to keep explaining our circumstances. At our new clinic we have a dedicated nurse who we speak to often and knows all of our information, it's such a comfort to have someone to talk to like that. - I am only scanned by consultants and can discuss in the moment the best course of action, my husband can attend too so I don't have to remember everything which is hard when there is so much going on. At the Agora I was scanned by nurses mostly which is fine but meant I wasn't able to be told much there and then and had to wait until the notes had been reviewed by a doctor and a nurse would call me back (or more often I would call as I hadn't heard from them) at my new clinic if my consultant needs to tell me something she calls me. - When we requested all our notes from the Agora I noticed there were things in our post appointment letters that were never discussed with us as the letters claimed. Counselling for one, and the recommendation to start symprove. There is a lot to be said for trusting the clinic you are with, I think this caused me more stress than I realised. In conclusion I would say that if you have male factor, social infertility or PCOS then Agora will give you an acceptable experience but I would caution you to learn everything you can about the IVF process and your needs so that you can be the best advocate for yourself and know when to challenge.
