I have been meaning to book an appointment somewhere to discuss Botox, but I was quite nervous, and I am so glad I came across the aesthetics medical group. I arranged a free consultation with Dr Hannah, we spoke about my skin needs and cryotherapy. She was extremely knowledgable and friendly and really understood what I was hoping to achieve. She put me completely at ease and answered all my questions, she even talked me through the procedures while they were happening. A beautiful setting and the aftercare is amazing too, I have had some lovely comments about how refreshed I now look. I totally recommend!

I am not one to often write reviews, however I felt compelled to share my experience. From the first point of contact, Dr Hannah was incredibly welcoming, put me at ease and was very personable. Talking through my skin concerns, she really listened, advised and at no point did I ever feel under any pressure. All options were fully explained and I was advised on so much more that I had anticipated, which I found really helpful! I left with all the info I needed, and felt comfortable to contact the clinic with any questions. Having gone ahead with treatment, I genuinely couldn’t be happier with the results! The clinic itself is beautiful, in a tranquil setting and was actually a very relaxing experience. Overall - a high end experience and definitely worth 5 stars!
