Bought a McKenzie Thorpe print from Acorn Gallery and must say fantastic service Good communication. Can’t believe the owners personally delivered the print. Some journey from Pocklington to Bristol! The print was beautifully framed and well protected. Now taking pride of place in the living room I would definitely recommend these guys and will be my first port of call when buying art in the future

I recently purchased a piece of art from Diane and John’s gallery on the Friday for my parents as a gift. On Sunday midday they personally drove down from York all the way south to deliver it. It was in pristine condition and both Diane and John were so friendly. I cannot thank them both enough for their custom service which is extremely professional. The fact they deliver most of their art pieces personally by hand fills you will confidence (compared to using a courier). All in all I cannot be more thankful and will certainly be buying from their store again in the future. Thanks again Diane and John - you are superstars.

From my first conversation with Diane, I knew straight away that this was a company who cared about their customers. My order was for a L.E. Print which was a 60th birthday gift for a family member. I’d left it quite late to order so didn’t expect to receive the order until after the birthday celebrations. Diane made sure she had all the details of the birthday and date of celebrations and even arranged for the artist to sign a dedication. A week after I’d placed the order, Diane called to say they had the print and dedication and were able to deliver on the morning of the party so that we would have it in time, even changing their delivery route to make sure it was here in time before we left. Service was unbelievable, print just fantastic and I cannot recommend this gallery and Diane & John highly enough. This is a company that goes above and beyond for their customers.
