The staff are amazing. We needed a reasonably priced accordion for my father in law who visited us so we could play together. The team were incredibly patient and caring when we visited them. The selection they have is very impressive. After we encountered a small technical challenge a few weeks later they exchanged the accordion with no questions asked. It's amazing that this level of customer service is still around.

Steve was the most kind friendly and generous store owner I've ever come across. He fixed my accordian for free while he allowed me to dabble on the pianos downstairs. He then gave me a Complimentary hardwearingy accordian carry bag. After that he kindly took me to the accordian store and allowed me to play some of the exquisite accordians on display. This is the type of friendly and helpful service which you rarely come across these days. I simply cannot recommend this shop enough and would not dream of going anywhere else. Choosing the right one could have been rather daunting if not for the patience and expert advice given to me.
