We arrived late at night and were taken down narrow stairs (I was traveling with a 73 year old woman, in good condition but older) with doors on the turns, making it difficult to navigate, to a room that overlooked a private courtyard . In other words, we were in the basement with no possibility of natural light entering at any time of the day. We did not complain at any time, because they have not educated me like that, but at checkout, when they asked how everything had gone, Felix found my complaint. He apologized, offered me a discount for future visits (as if one went to London or such a hotel every day) and promised me an email from the manager, which I have not received a month later. A separate case deserves breakfast, scarce and with old fruit at some point. And speaking of the food, the room service was impossible to enjoy since they had NOTHING available, not even a salad. It's a shame how badly they treat long-term visitors, considering the amount they leave. I will definitely go back to London, but not to the Academy.
