New lease of life for my Dad! Always dressed smartly, at 93 my Dad’s rheumatoid arthritis has now rendered him unable to deal with buttons or zips and this independent man was now struggling for hours to get dressed each day. The Able Label company have enabled him to dress as smartly as he always has and this has literally lifted him out of a depression and given him hope to hold on to more of his independence. The quality of the clothing is very good and looks just like normal buttoned shirts and trousers. He is thrilled with the Velcro belt which again looks just like a buckle belt. The customer service is very personal, friendly and efficient. I understand this is a small business that is growing. Both myself and my Dad are so grateful that they are there to provide this excellent service. I’m sure as it grows they will be able to provide more choice in styles and sizes.

Excellent customer service. Everything that shop should be. I was unable to order what I wanted online, so I had to place my order over the phone. The lady (the owner's mum, I think) could not have been more friendly and helpful. Sadly the clothes were not suitable and had to be returned. Despite taking over a fortnight to reach them after posting and arriving after the returns date, they still refunded them.

The service from The Able Label was first class - the shirt and trousers arrived by return, the quality was excellent and they fitted to perfection. They were so easy to get on and off, which for anyone with even a mild disability like mine makes life much easier. I shall buy from them again - they have an exciting range to choose from. At last I’ve found a clothing site which specifically caters for the disabled. Beautiful tops and blouses which in my case I badly needed. Excellent quality and VAT exemption on a lot of the items. And I have completely revamped my wardrobe and bought duplicates in different colours. I highly recommend having a browse, there is sure to be something that will tempt you!
