I'm always a bit hesitant to come in with mild symptoms but with my history I'd rather be safe than sorry. The service I've received was excellent, I was taken very seriously as a patient and Dr Bintu Fashola was fantastic, reassuring and exhaustive in the array of tests in order to rule out any illness. Best GP practice I've ever been a part of!

The best GP surgery I have been registered at - and I’ve been registered with GP’s in Staffordshire and Cambridgeshire. Have been at the Abbey Medical Centre since 2016 and have always found it fairly easy to get an appointment (albeit since Covid they are over the phone). It’s the only surgery I’ve been at where you can see the same Doctor every time (subject to availability, but 99% of the time I deal with the same Doctor) which just makes things a lot easier. Online consultations always result in a telephone call on the same day. Only complaint is when you do have to go in, the waiting room is usually so hot it’s uncomfortable. Get the air-conditioning on!

on behalf of my uncle Toni: "I registered with this practice a year ago after being forced to leave (after 45 years) the previous one due to changes in the catchment area. I wish this could have happened way before as I found the perfect environment. Michela at the reception is always very friendly and helpful. Dr Pickworth put me at ease while taking all his time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. I really appreciate the collective consultation meeting where the staff politely listen and professionally engage with patients to improve the services".
