When 'not fit for purpose,' though the lighting is refunded, the postage cost is not, which is contrary to the Consumers Rights Act 2015. So ensure the lighting is what you require before ordering or you will be out of pocket in respect of postage of both sending and returning costs in addition to the inconvenience, unless you claim it through the Courts.
