It's quite a large area. Lots of different items in the store ranging from garden furniture to imitation plants and outside they have water features and real plants and flowers. It's a bit pricey, but if you stopping by, I would say it's worth a visit. Staff are helpful.

They seem to have a very unfriendly staff member, 9th may 2023 I asked for a price check on some soil from the indoor plant section really nicely across the counter and the lady did it but made it clear that there no price on the item, when other soil's had them and the prices on the racking, which they weren't. Obviously I said this. Then I need to price check something else two minutes later from the same area and went to her again but she was busy, so I waited patiently for her to stop counting coins. Someone else said I needed to walk right round the shop to go to another till as they thought I was buy something and standing in the wrong place by the entrance. So said to them I'm waiting for a price check only. I was not carrying a bag of soil, round the whole shop for a price check. The lady then through the coins in the cash tray and served me like I'd done something wrong, Like she didn't already know that they/including her hadn't bothered to price label anything. I almost walk out then, as all the stuff I got was the same price on Amazon or marginally cheaper but thought it just be easier to get it now as deliveries to a flat can be difficult. Then got everything I want and payed, they then over charged me on all three of the soils I picked up and they where the one's with price labels on them. There no way for the customer to see what they are buying at the till, when they ring it up like most other shops so I now have to go back to this shop to sort this out. The overall disappointment is that at the time I first spoke to the lady, she and one others where doing nothing at the tills but chatting to each other. She could have got a price gun or label maker and label the area with no price. I would have felt like I was welcome in the shop and what I told her wasn't completely ignored/not welcome. Walked away felling like I was unwanted customer and they are hiding my buying info from me so they can overcharge people. Update, 10th may 2023 09.20am Went for my refund this morning and the two staff that dealt with me where nothing but nice. I got the refund.

Cafe - Food is fine, however very slow service on the coffee prep and only one person doing it. When visiting in the week, often takes more than 10 mins in the queue :(
