Michelle is very passionate about what she does and I found it a very relaxing experience. I am suffering post traumatic stress disorder and got much needed relief and I slept really well that night . From my experience of having reiki it works better when you feel a connection with the person and Michelle is very easy to relax with and has a lot of positive and calming energy about her.
