Over and above Engaged Matt to cure the leak in my pond feature in the garden and fit a larger pump/water feature. He dealt with the initial preparation and pump installation and his team then came and sealed the pond with fibre-glass. all perfect, except that as soon as I turned on the pump the fuses tripped! Not only was Matt on it to sort it immediately, by arranging for a local electrician to attend - which he did - but it was done at his expense (admittedly cheaper and quicker for him than travelling right across London to do it himself). I was really impressed and delighted at his service and his obvious concern to deliver a perfect job. Very happy to recommend him both for the quality of the work and for his dedicated attention.

I would anyone who needs pond work to seriously consider using this company. I had 4 quotations to clean out my pond and this was the cheapest. Matt arranged to see my pond for himself before suggesting the work needed and cost. A convenient date was fixed, they arrived on time and worked tirelessly to complete the work in one day which was very impressive. The team were friendly, polite, offered great suggestions as work progressed and left a spotless and tidy work area... and my pond looks fantastic. The bill was absolutely as per the quote. Be aware that there are similar companies who told me that extra work would be required but this was not the case. One company gave me a quote of £5k more than I paid. I intend to have my pond looked after by this team regularly.
