    Excellent customer service. We purchased some Crespo compact camping chairs when visiting the Motorhome show. Great quality, comfortable chairs. After unpacking them, we noticed a slight scratch on one of the chairs. We contacted Darren with the photos and he offered to send a replacement via courier the next day. Can't ask for better customer service than that. It wouldn't have been possible to know that the product was marked until being unpacked, so nobody's fault. However, the way in which it was dealt with makes all the difference. Would thoroughly recommend the shop, as well as the Crespo chairs, which are super comfortable, light weight and easy to store. Thanks Darren.
