Approach with caution. Pricing not transparent. Quoted instore with 12mm underlay , fit and materials included apart from £20 for glue spray. Price quoted after measure went up by £75. When I called to question this, the guy I spoke to implied I was lying about the original quote, including the 12mm underlay upgrade, and asked me to send a photo of the original quote. I sent proof but no change to the inflated quote. If someone made a mistake with advertising then say so, don’t get annoyed and then imply your potential customer is a liar.
