Had an absolute nightmare at this place with my puppy, woman scolded me for my puppy barking. It was truly awful as I thought my puppy would learn to socialise but instead we were just shamed. We paid for the whole course but stopped turning up after a few sessions because we were so mortified after being scolded. It’s a shame because I thought it would be a nice experience considering my puppy was ill the first 2 months of owning it.

We've been taking our puppy for 18 months now. She loves it and we have all learnt so much. Great atmosphere and very friendly and helpful.

Shocking is an understatement! Very rude lady who had no idea about dogs!! Very disappointed the way my partner and my dog were treated! No professionalism in the room. Too many dogs to even consider delivering a session with any benefit. Don’t waste your money or time!

Rude old lady who dragged my obviously distressed puppy across a hall by a string (shaped like a noose) around his neck multiple times after we came with a harness and lead. Singled out my puppy and made him sit in the middle of a circle of puppies whilst he was already distressed. After we attempted to leave the rude old lady followed us outside, then proceeded to deny her actions. After that she told us that our puppy was ‘antisocial’ and it was ‘insulting to other people’. After following their rude instructions for over half an hour the rude old lady told us that ‘we could’ve just sat at the side’, contrasting to what she had told us to do. We asked for our money back but the rude old lady said that we should’ve told them about how old our puppy was (which we did and they said was fine). After calling the rude old lady out on her rude and passive aggressive comments she said that she never said any of those things.

Over the last 20 years all my puppies have attend this wonderful group. It helps with communicating with your puppies. Poor little guys need both human and canine interaction to give them confidence in life. I noticed a review quite derogatory towards the group. Dog training takes time and patience, with overwhelming results. Sometimes classes can be a bit noisy, but raise your hand in class if there's a problem. These people have loads of experience and will go out of their way to help you. I can't fault them. FYI : With age comes experience and an abundance of knowledge! Please try again!

We arrived for the first time nervous and apprehensive having never been to dog training before. Our 1 year old rescue was a handful having never been socialised. He barked at everyone and everything making it very difficult for anyone to hear themselves think let alone hear the instructions we were being given. I thought after that first day we would be asked not to attend, I was so embarrassed, but this didn't happen. The trainer was really understanding and gave us some great tips to try during the week. A month later it was like we had a completely different dog and instead of being embarrassed we were proud to show off what our little boy could. I would highly recommend this group to anyone. We now have a second dog, a puppy called Diego. We would have never taken on a second dog without the skills we learnt at here. We are on the waiting list to join with him and start his training early, although we are already using a lot of the skills we learnt with Frankie and it has made us much more confident dog owners.
