I experienced that coach seats were utterly uncleaned. Driver did not stopped at my Leicester bus station. He dropped me five miles away near Foss Park. He refused to go to designated stop which Leicester city centre bus station. I complained to company over the phone but no resolution from the company. Currently I am in process of taking further action against Thandi Coach company.

POOR drivers. Just got undercut dangerously on motorway. Would never book this coach now... drivers are obviously liabilities. (FAO Owner... find out who was driving OR17NNN approx 4pm Saturday, joining the M1.... and make him aware of section 259 of the highway code. "Traffic joining from slipway gives priority to existing traffic"..... - NOT "try to undercut, then beep and swear") ... How embarrassing for you ...to not only NOT know the highway code... but to be so egotistical you think everyone else is in the wrong... yikes!) ps - I have dashcam if interested.

I am never going to travel with them again. I can think of another coach company. But I will not tell anyone. Figure it out yourselves. Expecially this coach company. I'm not telling this company about anything.P.S. I ve travelled once and one time driver took the wrong route. We had a longer journey unfortually thanks to the drivers lack of direction.
