words cannot describe how thankful we are to the pdsa. our dog quickly become dangerously ill with bladder stones and unfortunately the first surgery they did was unsuccessful, it was very touch and go and we thought we might lose him but they seemed so determined and seemed to care so much that they agreed to operate on him again and thankfully they were able to remove all stones and we were able to bring him home. The team there really do seem to care and be compassionate and I know my family will always speak highly of them

Absolutely terrible service . Spent half hour trying to get to talk to PDSA direct . U used to be able to get through to reception. Impossible now. Dread the thought of an emergency happening. I give every month to PDSA donations. This is now giving me thought to stop my monthly donation .
