Terrible services, terrible! You call the receptionist regarding your child's health and she's rudely answering by fighting you why you didn't call in the morning. To give him pain killer and call at 8 am, when we all know that at 8am the phones are closed and they are taking no appointments! This is a joke, the health system is a big joke, they simply don't care!

I was in the surgery to see a Gp regarding my blood pressure and several complication, i virtually managed to get there, i have been admitted in the hospital twice discharged. I was meant to see Dr Aneyo Franklin, he attended to me, took my BP which was 180/112, I told him I have blurry vision, chest pain, constant headache, always tired and he could see Is was really sick and he add another blood pressure medication to the one I have . He said he would have sent me back to the hospital but because I have been there twice, I should go and use both medication. He signed me off work for 4 weeks and to review it again. A mistake of my name was made on the sick not and I was told they will correct it and send to my email, only for another Dr called Allcock Robert call me to say he's going to change the sick note to two weeks without not assessing me. Is he trying to rubbish the black doctor. even if he is the director.of the clinic This is very unacceptable and unethical

As someone else said the person in charge of repeat prescriptions is on some sort of power trip about not letting you combine your orders and totally ignoring notes without any explanation.
