Unfortunately I’m writing this review regarding 1 member of the reception staff she says her name is Shannon. She is definitely in the wrong job, her attitude absolutely stinks, very rude and unhelpful and it’s not the 1st time we have had dealings with her, the rest of staff are helpful and considerate of the patients needs, I’m not writing this review against the surgery just this uncaring, unhelpful non empathic individual, who in my opinion could do with finding a job where she doesn’t have to deal with the public.

Excellent practice with fantastic staff. The backbone of any great business is the business support team and this practice’s team is absolutely brilliant. Always happy to help and find a solution and always ready with a smile. The clinical team is equally fantastic - Dr Allison, Dr Norris and a new male doctor whose name I didn’t capture - they listen to your concerns, are compassionate, very friendly and approachable giving great advice. Shannon in the office is amazing, they all are but she stands out for going the extra mile each time. Thank you all for the excellent work you do.
